Company Overview
Professional Directional was established in 2001 to provide the oil and gas drilling industry a leading, independently owned directional services company with: (i) experienced directional supervisors, (ii) the best rotary equipment available, and (iii) retrievable MWD tools. Professional Directional’s founders, who still run the Company today, firmly believe that experience enhances performance. The Company’s executive management team has over 150 years of drilling experience, with the majority of that experience in Directional Supervision.
Professional Directional is seasoned in every aspect of Directional Supervision, from drilling conventional directional wells, short radius horizontal wells, sidetracking (openhole, cement plugs, whipstocks, etc.) to all methods of surveying. This experience extends to our Coordinators and our employees in the field. Finally, we believe in constant communication between our team and your team, in order to provide the best directional supervision and support.
Professional Directional is headquartered in Conroe, TX. To better serve our customers, Professional Directional also maintains an office in Shreveport, LA and plans further expansion in 2008 in multiple geographic areas.

Executive Management Team
Jerry Callens – Mr. Callens currently has 40 years of drilling experience, 31 of which are in directional drilling. He focuses on technical sales, regional operations and business development.
Charles May – Mr. May currently has 33 years of directional drilling experience. He focuses on regional operations, business development, and financial planning and implementation.
Mark Miller – Mr. Miller currently has 15 years of oilfield experience. He serves as the Company’s technical manager and is responsible for the design and proprietary modification of the Company’s equipment base.
Karen O'Neal – Mrs. O'Neal currently has 30 years of directional drilling experience. She oversees MWD operations and logistics coordination, equipment scheduling, quality management and staffing.
Robert O’Neal – Mr. O’Neal currently has 28 years of directional drilling experience. He focuses on technical sales, regional operations and business development.
Patrick Sparks – Mr. Sparks currently has 28 years of directional drilling experience. He focuses on technical sales, regional operations and business development.
